Contact & business forms: your name, email, and message — used only to reply to you.

Newsletter: your email and language, stored only after you confirm via the double-opt-in email; every send includes an unsubscribe link.

Account (when you create one): email, sign-in provider (Email, Google, or Apple), display name, language, purchases and support tickets tied to your account.

Technical basics: our hosting (Vercel) and security services process IP addresses and request metadata to serve pages, prevent abuse, and rate-limit — standard server logs, not advertising profiles.

No selling or renting of personal data. No third-party advertising on this website. No cross-site tracking pixels.

Messages you type into the site assistant are processed by Anthropic (Claude) on our servers to generate replies, and stored so we can improve answers and convert conversations into support tickets when you ask. Don't include sensitive personal information in chat.

Web purchases are processed by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers; we store the purchase record and license it unlocks. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Data is stored with Supabase (managed Postgres) and protected by row-level security; only you (and our support staff, when needed to help you) can access your records.

You can export your data or delete your account (and everything tied to it) from the dashboard, or by contacting us. Deletion is permanent. We answer data requests at the contact below within 30 days.
