Fiber Tracker Pro — Privacy Policy

Everything you enter — devices, work orders, customers, earnings, and expenses — is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. It is never uploaded to us or any third party. Deleting the app removes this data from your device.

Camera — only to scan barcodes and capture work-order or receipt photos on your device.

Photos — only to import images you choose for scanning.

Location — only, with your permission, to tag where a device was installed; coordinates are stored locally with that record.

All of the above are processed on-device and are never sent off the device.

The app makes no network calls to our servers. If you optionally sign in to your employer's work-order portal from within the app, that connection uses your own credentials and is governed by that provider's policy; we never receive or store those credentials.

The app is intended for working technicians and is not directed to children. It collects no data from anyone.

If this policy changes, the version date shown here changes. Continued use of the app means you accept the current policy.
