Data & Account Deletion

Sign in → Dashboard → Profile → Delete account. Everything tied to the account (profile, purchases history, tickets, suggestions authorship, notifications) is permanently deleted. License keys are revoked.

No access to the account? Email ahmedsabahsalim@gmail.com from the address you registered with and we'll delete it within 30 days.

In the app: Account → Delete account. This removes your NoorAllah account and synced state (reading position, preferences, reminders) permanently.

Or email ahmedsabahsalim@gmail.com with the subject "NoorAllah deletion" from your sign-in email.

In the app/site: Settings → Account → Delete account, which erases your profile, resumes, applications and coaching history.

Or email ahmedsabahsalim@gmail.com with the subject "Qlivik deletion".

The game has no accounts; progress lives on your device and is removed by uninstalling. Advertising identifiers are controlled in your device settings (iOS: Privacy → Tracking; Android: Ads).

Records we're legally required to keep (e.g., paid invoices for tax law) are retained for the statutory period and nothing more.
