Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard; we may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attack it, or post unlawful content.

Web-store purchases are one-time unless labeled otherwise, delivered as license keys or downloads tied to your account, and processed by Stripe (taxes handled via Stripe Tax). If something you bought doesn't work, contact support — we'll fix it or refund it. App-store purchases (Apple/Google) follow the stores' own refund rules.

Don't break, probe, or overload the service; don't post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content on the suggestions board or in tickets; don't use the AI chat to generate abuse. We moderate public content and may remove it.

ASSMdev's apps, brand, and site content are ours; suggestions you post remain yours, but you grant us the right to display them and to build the ideas without obligation.

The site and apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site and dated. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Current version: 2026-07-20.
