ASABlocker — End-User License Agreement

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ASABlocker on any Apple- or Android-branded device that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to the app store's Usage Rules and this agreement.

You may not copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App except as allowed by law.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.

You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at once.

You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices, or use the App unlawfully or to build a competing product.

Any paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are billed by the app store (Apple or Google), not by us. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period end. Manage or cancel anytime in your app-store account settings.

Refunds are handled under the policies of the app store you purchased from.

The App, and all intellectual property in it, is owned by ASSMdev and its licensors and is protected by law. You receive a license only. Any feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

The App may rely on third-party services (for example Google AdMob for ads, and hosting/AI providers) that operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

We may release updates, and the app store may install them automatically. Some features may require the latest version or a supported operating system.

This license ends automatically if you breach it. You may end it at any time by deleting the App. On termination you must stop using the App and delete all copies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASSMdev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum the law allows.

Your use of the App is also governed by its Privacy Policy, which explains what is processed and your rights. See the app page or /privacy for details.

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable at the developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law grants you additional rights.

For Apps obtained through the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

This EULA is between you and ASSMdev only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

The license is limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.

ASSMdev, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App, any maintenance and support, and any product or third-party intellectual-property claims. If the App fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted, Apple has no other warranty obligation.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist-supporting", and are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-parties list.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. For questions or complaints about the App, contact us at the address below.

For Apps obtained through Google Play, you must also comply with the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App.

We may update this agreement; material changes take effect when the updated version is posted (current version: 2026-07-20). Continued use means you accept the changes.
